Q. I haven’t got an email confirming my order. What do I do?
Spam / Junk filters are becoming increasingly important in ensuring we aren’t bombarded by third party advertising but sometimes they can block legitimate emails too. Make sure you check all your filters and add ‘@islamicimprints.co.uk’ to your safe senders list. If you still cannot see your confirmation email your order may not have been processed fully and we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help.
Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. Please note that orders can only be processed once payment has cleared.
Q. Can I pay over the phone?
Unfortunately at present we are unable to take payment over the phone.
Q. Can I sell my products on Islamic Imprints’ website?
We pride ourselves on selling high quality, unique and personalised products with a strong Islamic ethos. All our products are carefully reviewed and tested before we display them. If you feel your product fits the criteria above then please email us on info@islamicimprints.co.uk with some more information. We look forward to hearing from you.
Q. How far can you deliver?
Islamic Imprints aims to deliver worldwide. However some of our products are only available in certain locations. Please see our delivery policy for terms and conditions.
Q. Which charity do you raise funds for?
Giving charity is central to our ethos. Islamic Imprints does not commit to giving all charitable funds raised to a single charity so as to not restrict ourselves to a single cause. We attempt to raise funds for a number of different charities working in a variety of different fields both in the UK and abroad to benefit the most people we can. Furthermore we are always aware of the current emergency appeals, ensuring that money is delivered quickly to where it is most needed. Visit our Charity page for more information.
Q. Can I donate directly to the charities you sponsor?
Of course! In fact we actively encourage you to do so. That’s why we provide a full list of the charities we sponsor on our Charity page.
