Islamic Imprints aims to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of purchase, however this may vary for bespoke items. Please see individual product information for dispatch times.

Our standard postal service to the UK Mainland will aim to reach you within 3 days of dispatch. However delivery times may vary depending on product. For some products you can choose express delivery options at extra cost. Please bear dispatch times in mind when choosing this option. International shipping times vary considerably, from 5 – 14 days, and will be provided individually at Checkout.

Delivery charges vary per product due to size, weight and packaging. Please see the product info page for specific prices. Furthermore international postage charges may vary considerably. You can calculate your individual shipping costs in the Cart. Where it is possible we attempt to reduce postage and packaging prices for all our customers and only charge cost price when we absolutely have to.

For any signed for deliveries please ensure that someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date. Islamic Imprints is not responsible for any un-signed parcels and it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange and possibly pay for any re-deliveries subject to the courier service’s own terms and conditions.
