Cancellation Policy

Everyone has a change of heart sometimes – it is only natural. For this reason we offer a 100% refund policy on any orders that have yet to be processed. However if an order has been processed then it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our returns policy.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will love our products and do not foresee any issues. However, if for any reason you wish to return a product here is our returns policy:

• We can accept a return of the products providing you inform us within 28 days of purchase. We value our customers highly and therefore offer a full refund of the product and delivery charge you paid. Alternatively we can also offer a credit voucher for our website.

• Please note that all products returned to Islamic Imprints must be sent in the original condition and packaging. The cost of returning items to Islamic Imprints are charged to the customer, unless an item is faulty / damaged or if the order is wrong in which case you will be reimbursed for this.

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of customised, personalised or perishable products unless the item is faulty.
